HPI offers two forms of paint to its customers to satisfy a wide range of coating requirements.
Pre-Treatment
Our pre-treatment line consists of seven stage wash and zinc phosphate post-rinse.
E-Coat
E-coat is a popular coating for metal parts. Environmentally friendly, e-coat provides a very durable primer or an excellent finish coat for under-hood applications. Black is the only color available.
Our E-Coat line can accommodate parts up to 46″H x 40″W x 48″L.**
Powder Paint
Powder Paint is a widely used, environmentally friendly and extremely durable coating for metal parts and assemblies. A full range of colors are available to meet cosmetic and appearance requirements.
Our Powder line can accommodate parts up to 58″H x 40″W x 72″L.**
